Dr. Kasirye has a PhD in Education, has worked as a professor at Makerere University, and is an alumni of Columbia University in NYC. She is passionate about offering high-quality education.

Bishop Kasirye is a businessman, an author, a lead pastor, and now the director of FICA. He is passionate about mentorship and guiding young people on their spiritual journeys. 

Mr. Vincent has worked in ACE schools in Rwanda, Kampala, and now leads FICA Mbarara. He is passionate about holistic education and nurturing young minds.
